A deeply personal session for insight, healing and self-discovery

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, or QHHT, is a unique in-person session designed to help you access deeper insight, understanding and clarity.

This is a gentle and immersive experience that may help you explore the deeper parts of yourself, gain perspective on life questions, and connect with the emotional patterns or experiences that may be ready to be understood or released.

QHHT sessions are offered in person only in Fullarton.

 What is QHHT?

QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, developed by Dolores Cannon over many years of practice.

During a QHHT session, you are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state. This allows you to access a deeper level of awareness in a way that feels calm, safe and natural.

People often come to a QHHT session seeking insight, clarity, emotional healing, personal understanding or answers to important questions in their lives.

What to expect in a QHHT session

A QHHT session begins with time to talk through your reasons for coming, your personal story and the questions you would like to explore.

From there, you are gently guided through the hypnosis process in a calm and supportive setting. After the session, there is time to reflect on what came through and what you experienced.

Your session will be recorded, and a copy will be provided for you afterwards so you can revisit the experience in your own time.

Session length and format

QHHT sessions are offered in person only and are designed to allow plenty of time for the full experience.

You will receive:

  • one 1:1 QHHT session
  • approximately 4 to 7 hours
  • a private, uninterrupted in-person session
  • a recording of your session afterwards

Preparing for your QHHT session

To help you feel as comfortable and open as possible during your session:

  • wear comfortable clothing
  • allow enough time so you do not feel rushed
  • bring a list of questions you would like to explore
  • bring water and a light snack if needed
  • come with an open mind and as few expectations as possible

It can also be helpful to eat lightly beforehand and avoid anything that may leave you feeling overly heavy, stimulated or unsettled.

  • All QHHT sessions are held in a private and confidential setting
  • Sessions are in person only
  • A client intake form will need to be completed before your session
  • You will also be asked to read the relevant terms and conditions before attending
